Since opening my french doors to discerning guests on Labor Day weekend 2007, I have been committed to giving you the most relaxing and comfortable experience possible. I understand how costly it is to visit the east end of Long Island. I want you to remember your stay at the 2006 House with pleasure.

I will try my utmost to fill any special need that might arise. I am here all year. Sag Harbor is as charming in the fall, winter, and spring as it is in the summer. Maybe even more so. 

Prices range from $325/per night for summer holiday weekends for guests requiring less than the three night minimum, to $175 in the sleepy stretch of winter. A 10% discount will be offered for guests staying more than 3 nights. All prices are for double occupancy. Third guest is an additional $50 per night.

To secure reservation, payment must be made in full by overnight certified or bank check or by credit/debit card thru Pay Pal.

To cancel or reschedule, notice must be received 7 days prior to arrival. An 18% rebooking fee will be incurred. Cancellations made within 7 days of booking date will forfeit entire amount unless room is rebooked.
